Terms of Addendum

1.      The Landlord authorizes the Tenant to keep the aforementioned pet(s) in the premises listed above, provided that the Tenant complies with the following restrictions. The Landlord also authorizes the pet(s) solely on the condition that the Tenant pays a {monthly/one time} deposit of {monetary amount}. The Landlord reserves the right to revoke {his/her} authorization if the Tenant does not follow the terms below.

2.      The Tenant agrees to follow all laws in keeping, restraining, walking, feeding, licensing and immunizing the pet(s).

3.      The Tenant agrees to pay for all damages and pest removal caused by the pet(s). Tenant shall be responsible for disposing of pet waste and for keeping animal quiet.

4.      If any complaints are made by neighbors and are not rectified, the Tenant may be asked to remove the pet from the premises. If the pet becomes severely ill, a nuisance or a health hazard, then the Tenant may be asked to remove it.
