Furnished Apartment Lease Addendum

This addendum is an official addition to the lease signed on {date} between {Landlord} (hereafter referred to as “Landlord,”) {Tenant} (hereafter referred to as “Tenant,”) concerning the lease at the property at {Address} and described below:

The Landlord will provide the following furniture and appliances. It is the responsibility of the Tenant to keep the items in good repair and to return them in the same condition they were found. The cost of any repairs for damages rendered will be taken from the Tenant’s security deposit or charged as additional rent.
