Farm Lease Contract

(hereafter “Lessor”) and ___________________________ (hereafter “Lessee”)
hereby enter into a lease agreement under the following terms:
Lessor
shall convey to Lessee use of the premises at:

The

each date. The Lessee will retain a renewal option until {#} days before the termination date.
The

state’s established law and will seed as many acres of crop as were found upon
the commencement of the lease.

Lessee shall indemnify and hold harmless the Lessor in case of liability,
damages, drought, disease or blight. All liens or claims shall be dealt with at
the Lessee’s expense.
The
Lessor will provide the following establishments and structures for the

obtain and maintain all necessary permits for equipment and business purposes.

Upon
expiration or termination of this lease, Lessee shall return the property to
Lessor in substantially the same condition in which the property was received
by Lessee.
