Release for Property Damage

Whereas					known herein as Releasor,
is the owner and/or manager of

Whereas the above described property was damaged as a result of
Whereas Releasor is willing to release Releasee from all claims and suits
arising as a result of the damage described above.
Now, therefore, in consideration of
Releasor hereby releases Releasee from all liability from any claims,
demands, and causes of action related to the damage described above.
This release is only applicable to the property damage described above,
and not any physical or emotional injuries suffered by any party.
Signing this release does not indicate the guilt or innocence of either party.
This release applies to Releasee’s heirs, legal representatives, and any
other representatives, as well as to Releasee.
