In this rental agreement, {Landlord}, the landlord, agrees to rent {type of dwelling} located at {address} to {Tenant}, the tenant. This agreement is subject to certain conditions, discussed below. Both the landlord and the tenant are protected by certain legal measures determined by the state of {state}, which are attached to this document.

1. The Unit

The following problems have been documented and will not be the responsibility of the tenant.
