General Mutual Release

This agreement is made this {date} day of {month}, {year}, between {name}, henceforth known as the first party, and {name}, henceforth known as the second party.

The parties have mutual disputes and differences, which they seek to settle here, with regard to {reason you need a release}.

In order to move past this issue, and in exchange for {good consideration, or anything else being exchanged}, each of the two parties hereby releases, discharges, and forgives the other from all claims, actions, suits, or demands, known or unknown, that have occurred, or may occur, as a result of the situation described above.

This release is binding upon the heirs, representatives, and successors of either party.
