Terms of Addendum

1.      The Landlord authorizes the Tenant to keep the aforementioned car and that car alone, to occupy the aforementioned parking space and no other. Any other car in the aforementioned space will be subject to towing through {Company}. The agreement is intended for vehicles only, not people or personal effects.

2.      The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord in the event that the vehicle is damaged, stolen or broken into.

3.      The Tenant agrees to keep the vehicle from producing noisy, harmful or toxic emissions. Tenant agrees to properly license, register, insure and secure the vehicle.

4.      Tenant understands that late or missed payments will incur immediate revocation of the parking space lease.

5.      The Landlord agrees to assume responsibility for the towing of any vehicle that violates the lease by illegally occupying the parking spaced.

6.      The Landlord agrees to make reasonable attempts to remove snow and other obstructions on or around the leased parking space.

7.      Either party may end this agreement at any time so long as they provide written notice {number} days before the termination.
