ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

Both parties do hereby agree to resolve, through binding arbitration, any dispute that we have currently or may have in the future.

If arbitration is to take place, it shall be in accordance with the rules and procedures of [city or rules].

The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding to all parties.

The costs of any arbitration shall be shared equally, with the exception of one’s own legal expenses.
