Agreement Extension
This agreement is made this {date} day of {month}, {year}, between {name}, henceforth known as the first party, and {name}, henceforth known as the second
party, and refers to the original agreement, dated {date}, which {description of
the original agreement}.
Both parties agree to extend the length of this agreement,
to commence up on the expiration of the original agreement, for a period of {length of time}. This new agreement
shall therefore expire on {date}.
All other terms from the original agreement shall remain in
effect during the extended period, with the exception of {anything not applicable to the extension}.
The following additional terms also apply: {anything added in for the extension}.
