Account Dispute Settlement

This agreement is made this {date} day of {month}, {year}, between {name}, henceforth known as "Creditor," and {name}, henceforth known as "Debtor."

Creditor claims that Debtor owes {name} for {reason the debtor incurred the debt}, while Debtor disputes that the debt is due.

In order to resolve this issue, both parties have come to an agreement.

Debtor will pay Creditor in the amount of {amount}, which Creditor will accept as full payment of Debtor's debt. This will satisfy Creditor's claim entirely, and release the claim and any other claims associated with this debt.

Creditor further agrees that they will not file a report with any credit bureau.
