This parenting plan will delineate where the child/children will reside for each day of the year, and how each parent fits into the custody agreement.


1. IDENTIFICATION:

1.1 For the purposes of this plan, {Name of Parent} will be known as “Parent A,” and {Name of Parent} will be known as “Parent B.”

2.  WEEKDAY AND WEEKEND SCHEDULE:

4. EXCHANGE

4.1 Parents will exchange the child/children on the agreed-upon dates, no earlier or later than {number} minutes before/after the scheduled time.

4.2 The exchange point will be as follows:

Parent beginning his/her time with child/children will be responsible for picking up the child/children at an agreed upon location.


Parent finishing his/her time with child/children will be responsible for dropping off the child/children at an agreed upon location.

4.3 Parent dropping off will ensure that the child/children has/have the appropriate clothing, medication and other necessities, including items that belong to the other parent.



5. OTHER DETAILS

5.1 Parents agree to amicably discuss any matters relating to the child/children. Parents also agree to review the successes and/or limitations of this parenting plan, in order to keep the situation as consistent and positive for the child/children as possible.

5.2 Parents agree to attempt to work out any disputes on their own.
